steering committee has contracted with Nicole Gwardyak, an experienced
consultant, to negotiate a contract with the gas and oil companies on
our behalf. Besides being a NY state land owner with over 320 acres,
Nicole has worked as a landman. Since founding Empire Energy
Consultants, Nicole has represented several landowner groups as they
negotiated for the best value and options for their properties.

Mary has over 17 years of experience in business and non profit management, business and data analysis system, and 13 years as a paralegal working primarily in real estate transactions. Mary is a long time resident of both Chemung and Steuben Counties. She resides in and is a landowner in Steuben County, NY.
